FC Cincinnati 0-Philadelphia Union 2

Marco Fabian gave the Union the lead, finishing off a David Accam cross into the box in the 47th minute. Cincy nearly had the equalizer when Roland Lamah trapped and hit a deft shot on target. However his shot was saved by a diving Andre Blake. Philadelphia struck again in the 57th minute after Accam worked his way around the Cincinnati defense and hit a low shot towards the far post.

With the win Philadelphia secures their first three points on the road, a sore spot for the side in 2018. They will head home on Saturday to host FC Dallas (7:30 PM EST/4:30PM PST). As for Cincinnati, they will hope for better luck at Nippert Stadium on Sunday when they host fellow Midwest side Sporting Kansas City (3pm EST/2PM CST)

On hand to cover the match was Prost photographer Craig Hunter. You can check out his full gallery of FC Cincinnati photos on SmugMug and give him your thoughts on Twitter.
