FC Dallas 1-LAFC 1
Finishing off an opponent is a fine art form and in a close match can be a real challenge. On Saturday night FC Dallas learned this lesson all too well, conceding late to draw 1-1 with LAFC.
Things looked promising early on with Ryan Hollingshead finding the back of the net for The Hoops in the 29th minute. But LAFC continued to force the question on Dallas’ defense. In the second half they found their breakthrough with Carlos Vela going deep inside Dallas’ eighteen. Vela would not miss burying his shot into the back of the net to make it one even.
