SEATTLE, WA–A second half stoppage time by Franco Jara gave FC Dallas a point at Lumen Field and the Sounders netting just one point from nine in their three-match homestand. Fredy Montero scored for the Sounders in the 72nd minute.
The Sounders also lose top spot in the West to Sporting Kansas City on wins with SKC thrashing LAFC, 4-1, on Wednesday night. Meanwhile, Dallas all of a sudden find themselves just three points below the red line in the West going 2-0-1 in their last three matches, including their first four points away from Toyota Stadium.
