Prost Amerika is proud to introduce the new look Bigsoccerhead Podcast, hosted by Eric Krakauer, Jason Le Miere, and Paul Farrell.
Hosted by Krakauer since October 2014, the Bigsoccerhead Podcast covers the global game, with particular emphasis on the European Leagues, and major international tournaments.
This new addition compliments our existing fold of soccer shows; Radio MLS, Radio Cascadia and the Mexican Soccer Show.
BSH has welcomed guests such as Ian Joy of BeIN Sports, Mina Rzouki of CNN, and Jeff Carlisle of ESPN.
About the team:
Bigsoccerhead has put together a new team for their new era of podcasting.
A native of Portugal and currently a contributor to Prost, Eric Krakauer began covering soccer on his blog, Bigsoccerhead, and has since written for a number of soccer-specific publications, including Soccerly.com, for whom he wrote about Portugal during the World Cup in Brazil. He now covers New York Red Bulls and NYCFC for Prost Amerika, as well as Portuguese football.
Jason Le Miere is a sports writer for the International Business Times, and has written about music for Revolver Magazine. Originally from Jersey (the old one) in the United Kingdom, Jason now lives in New York City. This makes him the only person to move from ‘Jersey’ to New York and fins himself in a cheaper house!
From Ireland, Paul Farrell is the breaking news editor for Heavy.com, and has written about soccer for a number of publications, including Fanfeedr.com.
In their first Bigsoccerhead Podcast together, Eric, Jason, and Paul discuss El Clasico, Liverpool’s defeat to Manchester United, and the current state of the Premier League after the recent failures of English clubs in European competitions. The three also talk about the New York Red Bulls home opener against DC United.
