Portland Timbers Evander on the bench for MLS Matchday 7 Team of the Week

Evander with a beauty of a goal put the Portland Timbers within one goal and later putting an assist for Felipe Mora tying the game, on a match that in the Rose City surrendered by a late goal.

Still, the one-of-a-kind goal started the rally for his embattled Timbers, currently on a three-game losing streak as unfortunate side of his goal didn’t make it into MLS Goal of the Week nominations.

Mora made it into the bench of Major League Soccer Matchday 7 elite.

This is Evander second MLS Team of the Matchday mention.
