Timbers midfielder Evander named for his third consecutive Team of the Matchday

It looks like Evander is becoming a regular in Major League Soccer Team of the Matchday. After his brace on Saturday in this past Cascadia Derby against Vancouver, he’s made his third consecutive Team of the Matchday for Matchday 12.

Evander looks like being the impact player the Timbers envisioned and delivering this time with a brace by sealing the deal for the Portland Timbers and moving the team up to sixth place in the standings.

The man from Rio has scored his fourth goal of the season with two assists and hungry for more, another amazing performance for the man from Brazil.
