Three Thoughts Plus One over Danish

1.  That was boring:  The first 0-0 draw in the World Cup and unfortunately, the Danes will be in for tons of criticism for their lack of attacking during the match. Not that the Danes are going to care too much as they did get to the next round, but do they think Croatia is a less difficult opponent than Argentina?

2.  Kent Brockman might as well have announced this game:  I’m just going to put this here (even though I am not a Simpsons fan):
3.  Denmark needs to think outside the shirt:  Yes, I’m talking about this shirt. It can’t all be about Christian Eriksen (though he at least tried to score in the match). They talk about “Danish Dynamite”, but there have been more duds than at the Calgary Stampede so far from Denmark after the opening match against Peru. It will have to be much better on Sunday against Croatia.
The +1:  You know, there really weren’t any. So here’s Tony-Award winner Lena Hall as a pony
