Stars Knock Off Bottom Side Harrisburg

KENT, WA–The Tacoma Stars improved their chances for a higher seed in the Major Arena Soccer League playoffs with an 8-2 win over bottom-side Harrisburg Heat at the Sho-Ware Center. The Stars moved to within two points of third in the Western Conference Texas Outlaws while Harrisburg remain rooted to the bottom of the MASL at 1-14-1 and a paltry three points on the season so far.

Seven different Stars players scored with Alessandro Canale scoring twice for Tacoma. The Stars host Harrisburg on Sunday (5pm PT) before traveling on Saturday against Texas (5pm PT).
