SEATTLE, WA–The University of Washington and Michigan State face each other on the American football field in Seattle on Saturday night, but on Friday night, the two schools met on the soccer pitch and it was the #4-ranked Huskies who came out on top, 4-1.

Jacob Cromer opened the scoring for the Spartans just 50 seconds into the match, but it would be all Huskies after that. Omar Grey equalized in the 19th minute while Lucas Meek put the Huskies ahead in the 38th. Ilijah Paul added two goals in the second half to maintain the Huskies’ unbeaten start to the season at 5-0-1.
