Paul Kahl was on hand for this blowout of a match. The Sounders scored as many goals in a span of 29 minutes as Nashville SC has scored all season to this point. The Sounders would end up scoring two more to match the entire total of New York Red Bulls in this game alone. Oh, and Chris Wondolowski added to his all-time mark (now 163) with a consolation penalty.

Since this was a Heritage Cup game and as both teams were founded in 1974 in the old North American Soccer League, these photos are shown in black and white:
