The visiting team shows their power in a very interesting match.  With scores from the Spanish player, David Villa as well as Jack Harrison and Frank Lampard, New York City FC take back home the 3 points.

In the first half, the mauro Biello team brought to the field some dynamic plays and a very good combination at play between Drogba, Salazar and Oduro until the 35th minute when McNamara gives an excellent pass enabling Villa to score the 1st goal of the match and logging in his 13th goal.

Just a few minutes before the end of the 1st half, the English player, Jack Harrison scores for a second time for the NYCFC club and with a comfortable result for the visitors going into break time.

At the beginning of the second half, the Canadian team tries to balance the match at minute 54 with a goal scored by Shipp and take back the control of the game and looking superior.  But then Vieira’s team break the French Canadians’ illusion at the 85th minute with a 3-1 score for the Yankee team.

NYCFC play next against their local rival the Red Bulls, while IMFC awaits to play against Philadelphia Union once again at the Sherbrooke street stadium.
