Match in pictures: Whitecaps FC 2 versus Oklahoma City Energy FC

Langley-If Wednesday night was the final home match for Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 the club certainly went out on top. Thanks to two goals from Marco Bustos the junior Caps defeated Oklahoma Energy FC by the score of 2-1. The Energy got one back late from Michael Thomas but were unable to produce an equalizer late.

The win pushed the side into fifth place in the USL Western Conference standings (12-9-9, 49 points). With no more matches to play Vancouver will have to wait and see if they can hold on to the number five seed in the USL Western Conference. They currently hold a one point advantage over Los Angeles Galaxy II (11-7-11, 44 points) and a one point advantage over the Energy (11-14-4, 42 points).
