In one of the rare LIGA MX mid-week league match-day, history was made with one of the biggest clubs in Mexican soccer. Omar Bravo scored his 122th and 123rd goal for Chivas of Guadalajara. The first equalizing the club record set by Salvador ‘Chava’ Reyes and the second surpassing it making him the club’s highest goal scorer in its 109 year history.
Elsewhere Club America continued its high scoring this time at home over LIGA MX newbies Dorados Sinaloa.
