Following the approval of this U.S. Green Card, he is officially qualified as a domestic player for MLS roster purposes.

Bou, had been training on his own in Concordia, Entre Rios, Argentina with Club Nebel (with whom he is an active president) and Libertad Concordia to stay match fit and prepared for the 2023 MLS season.

First reported by Sam Minton, Gustavo had also appeared in a match back in Argentina.

Bou believes he will not join the New England Revolution prior to their final preseason matchup at Exploria Stadium versus Orlando City on February 18th.

The team is set to return to Foxborough, MA on February 19th, and Bou believes that he will re-join the squad back home.

This leaves Gustavo 6 days to get prepared for MLS Matchday 1 as the Revolution are set to open their MLS Regular season on February 25th when the team travels to Charlotte, NC to take on Charlotte FC.
