Toronto, ON –  The Vanney Boys, destroy DC United at BMO Field… only 5 goals on the DC door were enough to classify towards the semifinals in this 2019 MLS Cup.

DC United was the biggest rival in the first 25 minutes, until the first mistake from the guardian, on a reboot from Pozuelo.  Looked like an easy play for the hands of the goalkeeper, a little mistake cost the beginning of the masacre by the hands of Marky Delgado at 32′.

In the second part, nobody, even Ben Olsen couldn’t imagin the following massacre after the end of the regular time.

In the additional time of the second part, afteelr hard work and combination with Wayne Rooney, Lucas Rodriguez equalizes, sending the match to the extra time.

Once the extra time started by the referee, Toronto FC switch gears and their mentality.

The Canadian players shine in this game, at 93, Richie Laryea puts the board at 2-1. A few minutes later, another Canadian born, Jonathan Osorio, scores twice almost bavk to back. And in the 105′, Nick DeLeon closes the business with an historic 5-1 for the Reds.

A hero in this match was also TFC goalkeeper Quentin Westberg who saved five awesome shots landed by the opponent.  If it were not for him, this match would have had a very different result.
