Charlotte FC is on the road to face the New England Revolution.

Charlotte FC is coming off a 1-1 draw against FC Cincinnati at home where their only goal came from a penalty before conceding a late goal.

Charlotte’s defense has still held strong throughout the beginning of the season, allowing the second lowest expected goals in the Eastern Conference according to FBref.com.

In the attack, Charlotte has had some issues finishing, scoring six goals in six games, tied for the fourth fewest in the Eastern conference. There has not been a shortage of chances for Charlotte though, being near the top of the Eastern Conference in expected goals scored.

New England is still looking for their first win of the season. Through five matches played, New England has scored four goals, which is tied for the fewest in the Eastern Conference, and allowed 11 goals, tied for the second most in the Eastern Conference.

In previous matchups, Charlotte has won one of the four matches with New England winning the other three.

The match is set to kickoff at 7:30 p.m. EST on Saturday, April 6 at Gillette Stadium and streaming on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
