Atlanta United hosted Toronto FC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a Wednesday night match in front of 42,537 fans. Goals from Tito Villalba and Julian Gressel lifted Atlanta United to a 2-0 win. Josef Martinez recorded his first multi-assist game in his MLS career. The win was the first ever of Toronto and Atlanta has a three-match win streak.
