Toronto FC 4 – 1 New England Revolution

Toronto, ON – Toronto FC is almost on the deadline and Greg Vanney knew it.
The Reds faced the New England Revolution in a very compromised first 45 minutes.
Cristian Penilla surprised at 10′ scoring on the arc of Alex Bono, opening a back and forward by both teams until the golazo of Il Capo, Sebastian Giovinco at 36’.
The guys of Brad Friedel react and were on the chase for a better ball possession before the end of the first part.
Right away in the 2nd time the referee, Ismail Elfath, cancel’s a goal on TFC, a few minutes later, Jonathan Osorio scores again, but the judge says once again no goal for the Vanney Boys.
It’s clear, Osorio rises his performance level and is called to be the MLS revelation of the year and was a very important factor for this iconic victory over his oponents.
The wind went in favor for TFC, at 53, Lucas Janson scores for his first time and he misses a couple of goal opportunities in the remaining time.
An the 58’, Elfath santions a dangerous game against the Captain, Michael Bradley, giving the opportunity to score by The International, Victor Vasquez by the penal way!!!
The Canadian Club really miss almost seven clear goal opportunities. One of those were scored officially by Marky Delgado at 81’, killing all the illusions of the American Team.
