Revolution trade 2 International Roster Slots to LA Galaxy for $350,000 GAM

Foxborough, MA – The New England Revolution have traded 2 International Roster Slots in a trade with LA Galaxy for $350,000 GAM.

This is now the 3rd trade that New England has made this offseason which will result in close to $800,000 in General Allocation Money across 2024 and 2025.

So far, New England has traded two MLS Super Draft picks to Minnesota for $100,000 in 2024 GAM, Revolution II forward Jordan Adebayo-Smith for $125,000 in 2024 GAM + $50,000 if certain metrics are met, and an International Roster Slot for $100,000 in 2024 GAM + $75,ooo in 2025 GAM from Charlotte FC.

The New England Revolution begin the 2024 campaign on the road tonight as they face Club Atlético Independiente de La Chorrera (2-2-1, 8 pts. in LPF) in a Concacaf Champions Cup Match. The match kicks off at Estadio Universitario F.C. at 8:00 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.

Following Concacaf Champions Cup play, The New England Revolution (0-0-0, 0pts.) will shift their focus back to MLS as they will play their first match this season this weekend. They begin the season on the road to Washington, DC as they are set to face MLS Eastern Conference side D.C. United (0-0-0, 0 pts.) on Saturday, February 25th. The match kicks off in Audi Field at 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
