Columbus Crew SC 2- New England Revolution 2

Last season, the New England Revolution  (3-2-2, 11 points) earned just 4 points on the road. On Saturday the club matched that mark in just their second road fixture of the season, a 2-2 result against Columbus Crew SC (3-3-2, 11 points).

Columbus took the lead  twice thanks to an own goal from Andrew Farrell in the ninth minute and a strike from Gyasi Zardes in the 43rd. But New England showed their resolve by netting two goals of their own, courtesy of Teal Bunbury (14′) and Cristian Penilla (46+’).

You can check out Brian O’Connell’s recap of the match below. In the meantime please enjoy some of our photos from the newest member of the Prost Soccer team, Julie Jackson. She will be covering the Crew all season long so make sure to give her a follow on Twitter.
