Stanford had no problem adjusting to the cold weather in Philadelphia on Friday December, 8, 2017, sealing the ride to the NCAA DI final with a 2-0 score over Akron. Akron played well, but couldn’t drill through Stanford’s defense. Stanford will play Sunday in its attempt at three consecutive NCAA D1 championships.
