Match in pictures: Vancouver Whitecaps versus Colorado Rapids

Vancouver, BC- The Vancouver Whitecaps playoff hopes are still alive. Thanks to a late goal from Erik Hurtado the Caps pulled level with the Colorado Rapids late, finishing 3-3 in front of 21, 851 at BC Place.

The Caps (9-14-8, 35 points) received goals from Hurtado (90+3′), Kendall Waston (51′), and Pedro Morales (70′). Dominique Badji (8′) scored first for the Rapids (12-5-12, 48 points) while Shkelzen Gashi added two goals (57′ and 75′) in the second half to keep up with Vancouver. The draw, coupled with the Portland Timbers loss to the Houston Dynamo, puts the Caps within just six points over their Cascadia Cup foes for the sixth and final Western Conference playoff spot.
