Becky Sauerbrunn scored the winning goal in the 80th minute against the Houston Dash and anchored the FC Kansas City defense to a clean sheet in Week 9 of the 2016 NWSL Regular Season. Allocated to FC Kansas City in their inaugural season, Sauerbrunn has been a standout for their defense. She is also a stalwart member of the United States Women’s National Team.
