FOXBOROUGH, MA–The Revolution ended their five-match losing streak in all competitions, and gained some revenge, with a 2-1 win over Charlotte FC on Saturday night. Adam Buksa scored in the eighth minute and Matt Polster in the 72nd to give the Revs a 2-0 lead. Christian Oritz pulled one back for Charlotte five minutes from time, but could not follow it up and maintain a 0% record away from Bank of America Stadium.
