Tampa Bay Rowdies 2- Philadelphia Union 1

Michael Nanchoff might have waited a bit of time for his first goal with the Tampa Bay Rowdies but oh did he choose the perfect moment. On Saturday night at Al Lang Stadium Nanchoff earned his first goal for the Rowdies in their 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Union.

Nanchoff’s goal was scored in the 35th minute and was preceded by a Jochen Graf goal in the 17th minute. Philadelphia would make things interesting late with Haris Medunjanin finding the back of the net in the 84th minute. But Rowdies goalkeeper Cody Mizell and the defense would hold off a potent Union attack, ending the 2018 Suncoast Invitational with a win for the home side.

On hand to cover the match was Prost Amerika photographer Nelson Lucindo. Enjoy some of his photos from the match below and make sure to give him a shout out on Twitter.
