There’s a two things you can bet on when watching OCSC. First, they will give up two or more goals and second they will draw. Orlando leads the league in draws with eleven and has given up two plus goals 16 times this season. Last night’s (Saturday) game was no different.

The Crew opened up the scoring in the 20th minute when Tchani walked through the middle of three City defenders untouched. To end the first half O. Kamara earned a PK when Bendik fouled him in the box. He stepped up to the PK spot and knocked home the Crew’s second goal in stoppage time.

In the 60th Orlando fans were delighted to see the return of their off injured captain (Kaka). At that time the game began to change. Kaka brought his calm presence to the Men in Purples midfield. About five minutes after his return he delivered a corner into the box that sloppily found Kevin Molino’s foot to put Orlando on the board 2-1.

Five minutes later Molino put a nasty move on the Crew’s LB and deliver a perfect ball to lead to the Larin header that brought the game to a 2-2 tie. From that point on the game was back and forth, the only stand out moment was a very nice slide tackle by Higuita.

This a typical game for Orlando giving up goals and earning a draw. The performances the last two weeks for the Lions have been better than some before it. Earning two points in a 3 game road trip is not great. Considering the circumstance is not the worst. Orlando is finally home to the New England Revolution next Sunday. The buzz around Orlando will be how does New Head Coach Jason Kreis fair in his debut?
