Match in pictures: Philadelphia Union versus New York Red Bulls

Philadelphia, Pa.- The Earnie Stewart experiment seems to be paying off in Philadelphia. Despite being down two goals to the New York Red Bulls on Sunday, the Union pulled themselves up by their bootstraps and clawed their way back to a 2-2 draw at Talen Energy Stadium.

Sacha Kjlestan scored twice for the Red Bulls in the first half. However, the Union matched New York late with goals by C.J. Sapong and Chris Pontius.

The full match report can be found below from Union beat writer Emmett McConnell. In the meantime enjoy some of the photos from the match courtesy of Charlotte Thomas.
