Sean and John also look into the New York Red Red Bulls 2-0 victory over D.C. United and if this means that the Red Bulls are going to better than expected in 2015. Sean also tries to say something nice about the Red Bulls. That in and of itself is worth listening in for. You can literally hear his teeth gnashing!

It was not all negative news for the panels respective teams as John gets to relive opening night at Avaya Stadium. The panel take a look at the history of the Earthquakes and if this team can build off of their early success.

In segment 2, you will get to hear John’s interview with MLS Commissioner Don Garber at half-time of the San Jose Earthquakes-Chicago Fire match. The MLS Commissioner talks about the Earthquakes new stadium, expansion, TV ratings, and Sacramento Republic FC.

In the final segment the panel look at the 23rd franchise in MLS, Minnesota United FC. They debate the merits of bringing a team to the Midwest and who has the inside track for the 24th franchise slot. They wrap up this week’s episode by look at the week ahead.
