FC Dallas release
Toyota Stadium set to host Querétaro versus Puebla in March, presented by El Rancho

FRISCO, Texas (Feb. 27, 2015) – Gallos Blancos of Querétaro FC will face fellow Mexican side Puebla FC in a match presented by El Rancho at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 29, at Toyota Stadium.

The two Liga MX sides bring star power in legends Cuauhtémoc Blanco and Ronaldinho, as well as former USMNT star Herculez Gomez. Blanco, who captains Puebla, has already announced his retirement from futbol in early April, while Brazilian star Ronaldinho joined Querétaro last year. Widely regarded as one of the best players of his generation and world-renowned for his technique, Ronaldinho spent the bulk of his career in Europe, suiting up for powerhouses Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona and AC Milan. The duo is tied for most goals in Confederations’ Cup history. Gomez is currently on loan to Puebla from Tijuana.

Toyota Stadium is home to Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas, which is scheduled to open the 2015 season at home versus San Jose on March 7. The match, presented by AdvoCare, will kick off at 7:30 p.m. CT at Toyota Stadium. The first 7,500 fans through the gates will receive free mini-scarves.
