The fixture list for the Sounders U23s has been published.
They begin on May 16 at Jeld Wen Field against the Portland Timbers. Their first home game is eight days later against Kitsap at Sunset Stadium. One week later they open their Starfire campaign.
They close the season where they began, away to Portland.
“It’s always exciting to the start the season against Portland, in Portland. They are a very well coached team, and the games are what rivalry games should be competitive,” said Sounders U23 head coach Darren Sawatzky.
“It is also great that we get to play the Timbers three times this season, and hosting them again in Tumwater will be fun.”
