The MLS list of players entitled to enter the re-entry draft has been published.

Seamon in action v Dallas

It reveals that Sounders FC have declined options on three players; O’Brian White, goalkeeper Andrew Weber and utility player Mike Seamon. Rodney Wallace is added to the list leaving Portland.

Surprisingly Vancouver have declined their option on John Thorrington.

They maintain the right of first refusal on Michael Nanchoff in Major League Soccer, while Thorrington may be eligible for selection in the 2012 MLS Re-Entry Draft Process.

However, Whitecaps FC may still sign Thorrington or he may opt out of Re-Entry Process before 2 p.m. PT on Thursday, December 6.

MLS Cup winners LA have added five to the list; Chad Barrett, former Sounder Pat Noonan, Brian Perk, Bryan Kordan and Kyle Nakazawa,

The biggest surprise might be the inclusion of San Jose skipper Ramiro Corrales.

  1. Thank you O’Brien White. While the move made sense, I’ll always remember the best headed goal in Sounders history. I think they were playing Chicago and I have no idea how he was able to generate so much power on the ball from 15 yards out, moving away from goal, sandwiched between two defenders. I salute you.
