Ianni, Montero and Nagbe Make Goal of The Year Finalists

Three Cascadian players have made the last four in the MLS Goal of the Season vote.

The field of 64 goals has been voted down to a final four by fans with local heroes emerging well.

Sounders FC’s Fredy Montero and Pat Ianni, are joined by Portland Timber’s Darlington Nagbe.

Sounders FC defender Patrick Ianni scored his on June 20 vs. Sporting Kansas City and forward Fredy Montero netted his on May 2 against LA Galaxy.

Portland Timbers midfielder Darlington Nagbe’s goal against Real Salt Lake on March 31 is the third finalist.

New England Revolution midfielder Lee Nguyen’s goal on Vancouver 10 days after Montero makes up the finalists.
